Why a refill?
Every new tin means additional material, more weight in shipping, and ultimately more waste. With the refill packaging, we eliminate exactly that. This conserves resources, reduces the carbon footprint, and lets you keep the tin you already have.
Storage: After transferring, store in a cool, dry place and keep airtight.

Quality
Our matcha comes from a small, JAS-certified farm, is regularly tested for residues and heavy metals, and naturally contains the amino acid L-theanine as well as catechins such as EGCG.
Shaded for 21 days, then stone-ground on granite and stored at 2°C.
The stone-grinding on granite is done slowly and with almost no heat generation. This preserves the color, aroma, and flavor of the tencha, and produces a uniformly fine powder with a velvety texture.
Suitable for pure Usucha and for high-quality beverages such as lattes and tonics.

40ml - 70°C water
120ml - milk of choice
